Patents and utility models

We file patent and utility model applications, applications for patent revocation and requests for designation whether a solution is covered by the extent of protection of a patent; we represent clients in the application proceedings and in other administrative proceedings held before the Industrial Property Office and the European Patent Office (EPO), we conduct patent searches and prepare strategies of patent protection.

Trademarks

We file applications for the registration of trademarks, represent clients in the application proceedings and in other administrative proceedings held before the Industrial Property Office, the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) and the World Intellectual Property Office (WIPO); we manage trademark portfolios, conduct trademark searches, monitor new applications, prepare trademark protection strategies and deal with the selective distribution systems issues.

Industrial designs

We file applications of industrial designs, represent clients in the application proceedings and in other administrative proceedings held before the Industrial Property Office and the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), and manage industrial design portfolios.

Copyright

We provide consultancy and representation to authors and acquirers of the right to use work; we deal with the issue of employee and school works and the collective management of copyright.

  • Our services in the aforesaid areas also include the drafting of contracts, legal analyses, development of internal regulations, advisory in the field of designing strategies of industrial property protection, management of portfolios, licenses and transfers of intellectual property rights.
  • We provide legal representation in the intellectual property rights enforcement and disputes before the courts and administrative bodies of the Czech Republic as well as international organizations dealing with intellectual property protection.
